Reporting a problem

If a photo does not process or the result looks wrong, it helps to include:

• the browser and device you used (for example, Chrome on Windows or Safari on iPhone),
• the subject option you chose (Auto, Object or Person),
• the image size and format, and
• what you expected and what happened instead.

Please do not send images you are not comfortable sharing. BGRemoveX never receives the images you process in the app, so we can only see an image if you choose to send it.
