By using BGRemoveX you agree to these terms. Please read them along with the privacy policy.

The service

BGRemoveX is a free tool, currently in beta, for creating image cutouts in your web browser. It is provided by Gonisa Studio. It works best with clear subjects on plain backgrounds, and results may be imperfect. Please review every cutout before you use it.

Your images and your rights

You are responsible for the images you choose and for having the rights needed to use them. Using BGRemoveX does not transfer copyright or ownership of your images to Gonisa Studio, and it does not grant you ownership of material you do not already have the right to use.

Acceptable use

Do not use BGRemoveX to create or process content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that is intended to deceive, harass or harm others. Do not try to disrupt the site or use it in a way that places an unreasonable load on it.

Availability and changes

BGRemoveX may change, gain or lose features, or be unavailable at times. Model files are downloaded by your browser when you use a processing route, and availability and results can vary by browser, device, image and connection. These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the latest version.

No warranty

BGRemoveX is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or that results will be suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gonisa Studio is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of BGRemoveX, including the loss of images or the use of cutouts. Keep your own copy of any image you edit.
